Arsenal overcome first-leg deficit to reach Champions League semi-finals
Vivianne Miedema and Lina Hurtig scored second-half goals as Arsenal beat Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium to secure a Champions League semi-final spot.
Arsenal, who lost the first leg 1-0, made a positive start and were unfortunate to be denied a third-minute penalty when Lina Hurtig went down under a challenge from Bayern keeper Maria-Luisa Grohs.
Substitute Manuela Zinsberger denied Lea Schuller a second Bayern goal, while Kim Little forced Grohs into a flying save from distance.
Arsenal, who have now won the last 15 matches in all competitions, will face either Chelsea or Wolfsburg in the semi-finals.
